And you agree that from time to time Deverhood system shall be out of service for maintenances. Should Deverhood be in condition that cannot continue the service, we will notice all users in advance for the period of thirties (30) days.

PASSWORDS

 

Deverhood provides platforms that allows user to record and to store medical related information. User is fully responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to their passwords or accounts. It is user sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination and the use of username and password; (2) authorize and control access to and use of user’s account and password; (3) inform Deverhood immediately if user believes that their account or password has been compromised or if there is any other reason you need to deactivate a password. User grants Deverhood and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the web the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the web. Deverhood cannot ,does not and will not, assume any responsibilities or liability for any losses of username and password, information user submit, or your or third parties’ use or misuse of information transmitted or received using Deverhood tools and services.

User agrees to defend, to indemnify, and to hold Deverhood, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions and your violation of Third Parties’ Terms and Conditions.

Deverhood web may contain links of third parties that will redirect you to such sites which are not owned, maintained by and/or subjected to Deverhood Company Limited. Deverhood is not responsible for any contents of those sites and cannot guarantee that sites will not change without our knowledge, and inclusion of a link on our website does not imply Deverhood’s endorsement of the sites.

 

TRADEMARKS

The Company’s trademarks, including but not limited to the company’s name, logo, related names, logos, designs and slogans, and service marks are trademarks and properties of Deverhood Company Limited. You must not use aforementioned marks in anyway in whole or in part without any prior written permissions of Deverhood Company Limited.  

 

RESERVATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

The web is in all ways and in all aspects, protected by Thailand copyright laws. The Author hereby reserves any and all intellectual property rights in the web. Any users other than Deverhood Company Limited shall not directly or indirectly copy, reproduce, decompile, extract, alter, modify, develop, reverse engineer or use including (without limitation) any contents, illustrations, pictures, icons, logos, services, source or object codes, analytics, features, architectures, algorithms or any intellectual intelligences contained in Deverhood or any documentations associated with it in whole or in part and in any aspects at any purposes.

MODIFICATION

 

The Author (“Deverhood”),  in the Author’s sole and absolute discretion, may revise, modify and update these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time for any reasons with notice to the user. User will be notified from notification on the web stating that these Terms and Conditions has been changed. Such modified terms and conditions shall supercede these terms and conditions and shall become binding when published online.Your continued usage of the Deverhood web will mean you accept those changes wholly and voluntarily.

 

GENERAL

Deverhood Company Limited is based and registered in Bangkok, Thailand with head office located in Bangkok, Thailand, and is governed, protected by and construed under and in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. As a result, this agreement and your use of web, along with all information contained herein and in the web shall be, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions, governed and construed under and in accordance with the the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Use between Deverhood and the User shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.

 

The aforementioned provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reasons whatsoever:
